These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CTextGen.com (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our cursed text generator and any related content, tools, or blog articles (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

CTextGen provides a free, browser-based text-styling tool that converts plain text into Unicode-based “cursed,” glitch, Zalgo, and stylized text using combining characters and alternate Unicode character sets. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not require an account to use the generator.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you should only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate or distribute unlawful content, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or intended to threaten or intimidate another person; Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site’s infrastructure (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts); Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Site; Misrepresent output from the Service as coming from another party or tool.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, layout, original written content (including blog articles), logo, and branding are the property of CTextGen unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our written content without permission.

Text you generate using the tool is yours to use freely for personal, commercial, or creative projects, since it is composed of standard Unicode characters, which are not subject to copyright by CTextGen.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

Generated text will render identically across all devices, browsers, operating systems, or platforms (this depends on third-party font and rendering support, which is outside our control); The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times; Any particular platform (e.g., Discord, Instagram, TikTok) will accept or display heavily stylized Unicode text without truncation or rejection.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTextGen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to account restrictions on third-party platforms, loss of data, or display/rendering issues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Third-Party Links

8. Advertising
